The reason for the procedure was a suspicion of blood in the urine. I was seen promptly and the staff( nurse practitioners? ) clearly explained the whole procedure. They both maintained a friendly conversation during the time I spent lying prone for several Xrays. They had explained the likely feeling that the injection of the contrast medium would produce. Trouble was also taken at the end when the port was taken out as I take Warfarin and my skin reacts badly to adhesive dressings. The whole procedure was well conducted.
"A satisfactory experience"
