"Reassurance"

I had been troubled with swelling and some bleeding from my nose. I was given an appointment in ENT. I was seen promptly, the procedure was clearly explained. Some of it was uncomfortable, but I had been warned of this. At the end of the procedure ,the outcome and implications were explained and the minimal follow up on my part was also set out by the doctor. I was very impressed by the whole team involved in my appointment.
