What I liked

the receptionists was well mannered and as well as the ambulance staff that took me there.

What could be improved

Well the nurse that triaged me should have made more of eye contact with me the patient not to the other staff. I also think all medical people have lost their caring skills in the job nowadays, they are only couple of Home Treatment team that do seem to care as well.

Anything else?

The Walk in centre is now assigned in the A&E, can't wait for them to disappear as I think the care of patients are now treated like cattle. The staff that are on the reception or that are treating you should learn more manners and I think some need to learn about Mental health more....because I'm not a kid, I have depression but they talk to me like I was a kid.
