"Extremely slow response"

About: Nuffield Health, Guildford Hospital

Have seen a specialist who has instructed me to make Xray and Ultrasound appointments. Left three messages on the answer phone of the xray dept in Guildford Hospital over the last three days but they haven't called us back yet. Thought that the private medical service would be quicker but definitely not the case.
