About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

Never visited the hospital but started receiving text message reminders for an appointment? Called to try and stop this happening as have concerns the actual patient of these appointments wasn't receiving them? Was greeted with awful phone service and then pasted to medical records with the rudest person.. They weren't helpful in the slightest and their telephone manner was extremely questionable! When I asked how this would be resolved they said "well, I can't do anything"
