Ward floor thick with dust and bits of rubbish. Did not see lockers or tables wiped at all. Main corridor of ward buffed to almost dangerous slipperiness. Nowhere for patients to put their own rubbish if bed bound. Adult day ward only had one of three toilets working. Did not see cleaner actually touching door handles anywhere.
