About: Altrincham General Hospital

This was our first visit to this new hospital; we were happy to find it so bright and new. The computer system appeared to be having a few teething troubles ie: crashing in the middle of registering; during this period we have to highly commend the staff on their patience and control of what could have been a traumatic time for the patients waiting to register. On final arrival in the ENT department we were greeted with a happy environment very relaxing and helpful: my Husband and myself were treated with respect for our ages, and the consultation was so very re-assuring and satisfactory: The follow up appointment was arranged on sight, but again, problems were encountered by the teething computer support. We have to say thank you to all the support staff who encountered all these teething problems with great aplomb 1 Welcome to the new Alty hospital and its staff, after watching it being built we are pleased to have it here. We look forward to our next visit in September.
