"5* Accommodation & care - treated like royalty!"

I recently stayed overnight as an NHS patient for a Gynaecology complaint. From arriving to departing I was treated with the utmost respect by all staff, including Receptionists, Catering staff and Nursing staff. It was a nice surprise to be shown to a lovely clean, fresh room with ensuite and TV. The Nursing Staff made me feel relaxed and I was visited by the Anaesthetist to double check details and kindly visited by my Consultant 3 times during my stay, which I really appreciated and didn't expect with their busy schedule. On arrival at the Operating Theatre the Anaesthetist and their Assistant made me feel so relaxed with their humour and music playing in the back ground, which I thought was a lovely idea. The Nurses made me feel very comfortable after my procedure with their care and humour and the food was execellent.. The aftercare - an unexpected phone call to see if I was okay and if any problems to ring them, which I really didn't expect and fully appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Euxton Hall to anyone, including family and friends. Thank you !!!
