What I liked

I have been a long standing patient at Bart's since 1998 and have always had the best treatment available. There has always been someone on the end of the phone when i've needed help or advice. I respect the staff there and know they have always put me first and always go out of their way to find the best way to treat my illness and all its side effects. the care I have received is second to none and I would never go anywhere else. I own the doctors and specialists at Bart's my life.

What could be improved

the new appointments booking system is a bit of a nightmare. The old one was much more straightforward and worked extremly well.
