"Very rude and not supportive staff"

Hi, yesterday I visited hospital because of I twisted my ankle and after a long wait I saw nurse and found them very rude and not helpful at all. Actually I fell of from my bed I asked the nurse to give me hand so I can stand and again lay down my bed but they were so aggressive and screaming and shouting towards me I was keep saying to them I can not stand own my own I got bad foot but they did't help me at all.
