"The doctors doing the William ..."

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

The doctors doing the William Harvey ward were pleasant and would explain the care. The nurses were also kind.

What could be improved

One particular member of staff excluded me from my partner's care - despite the fact I was to be his carer on discharge I was refused information. I was treated with no respect and made to feel like I was a burden having come very close to losing my partner only days before. I felt it was not only insensitive but dangerous not being given information.

Anything else?

Other staff nurses were very kind. It was only the actions of this one particular member of staff that gave me a bad experience.
