What I liked

Consultants, surgical procedures, clinical and nursing care on Percival Pott fantastic, couldn't ask for better. Have had access to world-class treatments and the nursing care was great: highly knowledgeable and compassionate.

What could be improved

Shower facilities, food and the appalling middle-class moaner in the next bed who thought the nurses and anaesthetists were her personal servants. But new hospital on its way and opening in a few months, which might sort some of the above.

Anything else?

Now an outpatient in a different part of the hospital, reception staff there could crack a smile occasionally. Wouldn't kill them.
