"urologist"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

They couldn't be bothered to come and look at my 11 year old child who was in pain because it was coming close to going home and told him he had to wait for an appointment on 8th July. Absolutely really ridiculous when doctor and person from surgery team had starved him ready t ok operate and couldn't because the urologist is more bothered about going home on a Friday. Absolutely diabolical to leave a child in pain.

Thank you for your posting. I was sorry to learn of your experience with your son. If you would like to get in touch with the Patient Relations Department with more details we would be happy to look into your concerns on a more formal basis.

Kind regards
