I would like to thank all the staff including the consultant and other theatre professionals of the Dosa Ward (Chase Farm Hospital, 26/04/15). I had a procedure of hysteroscopy there and it was my very first time to have a general anesthetic . From the moment that I saw the receptionist till the end, I was treated courteously and nicely. My consultant explained the procedure again and asked my opinions about a particular option. I was very clear about everything. I was extremely nervous but all nurses seemed kind and experienced to put the patient at ease. After the procedure, I became sick (because of the effect of the general anesthetic) and felt really bad but two nurses helped me to go to the bathroom and one of them actually stayed with me there, and did not leave me. Little by little, I felt better to go home. Before leaving, I was given a booklet including the summary of the procedure. I had the results of my two biopsies yesterday and all came clear! I have become very happy since I will not need any further treatment. Thanks a million to all the medical team of Chase Farm Hospital..You are all wonderful!
