What I liked
I liked the friendly efficiency of the doctors, nurses and other staff in the Angio ward. In particular the staff nurse - she managed a complex set of tasks and communications very well (these were made more difficult by delays which she had no responsibility for). She and her colleagues did all this efficiently and with great good humour. It was a pleasure to be looked after by her.
