I felt the care given to my daughter was exceptional. They made my daughter feel so relaxed through out her visit. The only criticism I have is the actual waiting area of the A&E department. It is very small to cope with the amount of visitors and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable if your having a long wait. I do realise though the unit is under modernization. Everyone was friendly in the unit we were sent to and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Again I would like to mention a nurse who doesn't normally work on A&E and was just helping out, They made my daughter laugh so much and also to another nurse who was so caring and apologetic trying to get blood.

Dear Deborah Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review regarding your daughters care, which has been passed onto the A&E team. We do however, apologise for the waiting area, as you have said we are currently building an extension to the department which does include a much larger waiting area.
