What I liked
The A&E staff, particularly the doctor, were amazing. We had a very difficult time but they were very inclusive at all times, kept us well informed and treated us with great kindness and dignity. This also extends to the ICU department which was clearly very skilled in its work. They also used the latest research and were very well informed and professional.
What could be improved
Honestly, I can say nothing could be improved.
Anything else?
I just want to reiterate what fantastic A&E and ICU departments this hospital has - and this is really highlighted by the professionalism and kindness of the doctors and nurses here.
