What I liked
Very impressed with being able to book my appointment online, and indeed subsequently being able to change it very easily. Excellent care from all staff I encountered.
What could be improved
The public spaces were a bit bleak - interesting pictures (there were some, but very few) or photographs to make the place more visually interesting would be good.
