"Excellent care"

I was referred to the Forest Assessment Centre by my GP.From the moment I arrived to the time I left the care was exceptional.The receptionist at the main entrance was cheerful and very helpful.All the staff in the Assessment were friendly professional and caring. The treatment was first class with everything explained and care taken.The ultrasound person was very kind and explained everything.The whole experience was first class. The whole place was spotless. whilst waiting for ultrasound I was most impressed with the compassion shown by various members of staff who took time to get a blanket for cold patient ordered food and drinks for patient waiting and were outstanding. A place to be proud of well done to everyone concerned.Special thanks to the Nurse Practitioner who was brilliant friendly caring and explained everything that was happening.The NHS often gets bad press but this place stands out as exceptional .
