"Minor injuries"

My granddaughter recently attended minor injuries comaining of a pain inside her nose saying some one at school had put something up there although we couldn't find out what The nurse had a look with a torch said no nothing up there she's got hay fever You should see just what my granddaughter coughed up today saying my nose is better I am not happy this wasn't noticed obviously staff out of their depth could of been dangerous I intend to take this further
