What I liked The nurse and reception staff were very helpful and polite. What could be improved? The GP who attended to me was easily the rudest I have ever encountered. Not only was his manner obnoxious (smirking and eye-rolling), but he failed to conduct an adequate examination, and failed to inquire as to the extent of my symptoms. He cut me off when I tried to describe the history of my illness. He didn't explain to me what prescription he gave to me. Anything else? This GP is a liability to the hospital and should not be treating patients.
