"First class treatment"

I have just read the very negative and very long diatribe about one persons experience in ward 19a in St John's and would like to respond to this with a much shorter and positive account of my recent experience in this ward. My father in law was admitted recently and from the outset has received first class treatment. All doctors and nurses have treated him and us with the utmost courtesy and have kept us informed of all developments. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for their sterling work in a time when resources are stretched and people are only too ready to criticise, rather than be thankful that we live in a country where free medical care is available to all.
