What I liked

I attended the National Hospital for Neurology and Neuroscience at what was for me a time of great worry and uncertainty. I was seen by a doctor and nurse who treated me with the utmost respect, making sure I had the time to ask all the questions I needed to and answering them as honestly as they could. I felt truly involved in the decisions made about my care, and not in the least patronised or fobbed-off.

Although my future is far from clear, due to the nature of the condition I was seen about, I'm now confident that whatever it holds I'll be able to get the best care possible. Thank you!
