What could be improved
The miserable and rude receptionist, the time keeping (I wasn't seen until a full hour after my scheduled appointment), the 'specialist' barely gave me any advice and seemed to want to palm me off and hurry me our the door.
Anything else?
The NHS employs useless slow, unprofessional, useless people.
