(as the patient),

I must say the staff are first class Dr McDowel really cares about his patients and all the people working with him have the same mind set.

I have a really bad time when I am there, the position I have to get into really hurts my neck and I get a very bad head and by the time I get home I really am not feeling my best. The staff are very concerned and my wife says you can see they are moved by my problem.

First class treatment, I really have to say you lot are the nicest people I have met.
