I met some rude, arrogant lazy staff, full of attitude and lacking empathy. A slice of hell on earth. Nurses who tut, roll their eyes and suck on their teeth.
One nurse ignoring a call for assistance for twenty minutes whilst they chatted up another nurse. Mocking me when they finally attended to my needs. For some reason, they found my name amusing.

Thank you for your feedback. I am the deputy director of nursing juliefirth@nhs.net and would welcome an email from you with more details. The behaviour you describe is not to the standard I expect from my nurses. If you could provide more details it would allow me to talk to the staff involved.
