"Excellent treatment in children's A&E"

We've never had any cause to complain about the Lister, and today's visit doesn't change our opinion. A foreign body in a child's nose needed a trip to A&E. Waiting time perfectly acceptable given the complaint. After nurses couldn't remove the article, an ENT doctor was called for who also didn't have much luck. To try to avoid surgery, a senior ENT registrar came down and removed the article. Excellent communication between staff and between departments resulted in a nose free of plastic and no surgery for a young child.
