"Excellent service in A&E"

I was taken to A&E on Sunday morning with a dislocated ankle following a cycling accident. The ambulance service (Grays) were excellent and that service continued upon arrival at Basildon University Hospital. I was taken straight through to the resucitation area and seen immediately. The consultants, doctors and nurses kept me informed at all times and the patient care they showed was also exceptional. The whole process, including X-Rays, putting my foot back into place and plaster casting was done in a professional and timely manner. I'd definately recommend this hospital for its A&E services.
