"Poor Service"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I have been awaiting my late dads report from the hospital since last year, the clinicians still have not produced this yet. They have to keep being chased up by a department. My Father passed November 2014. Its now May 2015, still waiting for report. They dont care about people or patients. I have had other incidents with this hospital to. poorly run poor admin poor everything... What more is there to say...
