About: Forensic mental health / Low secure services

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Ok. There is a shortage of staff so when you need help it takes a long time. IMO there should be 2 staff members in the patients area at all times.

The library is not proactive enough. It needs to be more open and also the patients need to be notified when the library is open. A Library trolley used to come round also.
