(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Dear Cat, I just wanted to write you a quick letter to say thank you so much for all the help you have given my son and myself.

We have seen lots of different professionals over the last few years but you have helped us the most. You have taught him lots of new skills which will help him so much in the future.

Good luck in the future and I'm sure he will never forget you. Yours gratefully
