Chest X-Ray picked up a small shadow on my lung which needed further examination. Appointment made with Doctor Ornadel Thoracic Medicine Dept within 2 weeks.
He was able to give me some immediate reassurance and set in train various tests.
Lung function test carried out within 10 days and a CT scan in similar timeframe.
On both occasions I was dealt with promptly and professionally.
Booking test appointment through Mary (CT Scan) and Sandra (Dr Ornadels' secretary) was an extremely positive experience where I received first class service.
All in all my experience of Northwick Park and the NHS from my GP upwards has been very impressive. Well done to all concerned.
