"2nd baby at Frimley"

I was under consultant led care and was thoroughly looked after by the maternity department at Frimley. Cannot fault them whatsoever. I was medically induced at 38 weeks and the staff were amazing. The same cannot be said for the midwifery care I received living in Windsor. I felt dismissed and ignored a lot of the time regarding my concerns because I wasn't having a home birth and under consultant care. My main midwife was constantly away or on holiday, no one informed me they would be so I would have to chase around to have someone else see me. I didn't see them the last 4 weeks I was pregnant. thankfully I ended seeing my consultant weekly due to my problems, a few stays in hospital and I was finally induced at 38 weeks.
