"Pain management telephone shambles"

About: Montagu Hospital

Twice today I have tried calling pain management to be in a cue for 30 minutes to then be disconnected that's an hour spent trying to get in touch with the pain management unit to get nowhere it's a good job it's not that important. The telephone system has gone from bad to shocking.
