"Outpatients Appointment."

About: Kingston Hospital

I have MS and have mobility problems. On 18/5 I had an outpatients appointment and I was dismayed to find that due to reconstruction access was via the main entrance meaning I had to walk down a very long corridor to reach my appointment. It was a long painful struggle,no seating had been provided down the corridor to provide rest opportunities for less able patients.

Really sorry to hear about your experience whilst carrying out these essential works to improve our Main Outpatients Department for everyone. If you have any other appointments at the hospital you can request for a wheelchair at the Main Entrance to take you to Outpatients.
