"excellent with my 8 year old in A&E"

once we were in the paediatrics A&E dept at 9.30pm everyone that spoke with us was clear and caring. they seemed to know what they were doing and were actually interested in us as individuals - all of us, including my 8 year old and 6 year old, (who had to come with us). left at 12.30am but I couldn't have asked for them to be quicker as the tests too time and I understood what they were doing and why. The only question I had was where to pack - I parked in the main car park but then had to carry my 8 year old into the A&E dept which was a long way to walk with her and a I am still not clear if I could have parked closer. thank you
