"Disappointed in a recent trip to A&E"

I waited in A&E for 2 hours to be seen, after been told to come through to be examined I was immediately told to exit the room because the nurses had made a clerical error.

As I was exiting the room I was told I would be seen in "2 minutes". After another 4 people and an hour and a half wait, I was finally seen by the doctor. Only to be told that a lump on my clavicle was nothing to worry about and I'd only bruised some ligaments.

However after further consultation from my gp I have been referred for a surgical consultation in Balbrough. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention I received at Lincoln county hospital.
