What I liked

I recently had urological surgery at the uch and I would like to say that my consultant is amazing. He has been great the last year and really sorted things out for me. On the downside when I had my op the registrar who I saw afterwards gave me absolutely no information about aftercare what so ever. I wasn't told what to do to recover well, how long it would take, what to expect or look out for and wasn't even told how soon my follow up would be. Since then I've ended up in a local hospital having emergency surgery and a lot of painful experiences and I believe it is mostly due to me not being informed what was and wasn't normal.
