"Horrible receptionists"

After taking my younger sister to the minor injury unit at the new selby hospital we were very very surprised by the rudeness and very unkind member of staff behind the reception desk. We felt as though they were very condescending and treated us as though we were uneducated, despite the fact that members of our family are in the medical profession. As I also work in the healthcare setting it helps me understand how certain members of staff can put such a bad light on an otherwise great service.
