"list clothes taken in."

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

When taking clothes in for family especially elderly ones. Make a list of what is taken in and if possible get someone to sign it. My father in law is back in hospital and yesterday we looked for clothes to take in for him. I realised that many items had not been returned from Barton when he left in January. However, my husband and I took some in for him last night and tonight my husband tells me that all but for a jumper the rest of his clothes have disappeared and nobody knows anything about it. I think I will have to write his name in other things we take in.
