"arrived at accident and emergency suffering heart..."

I would like to thank all the staff at accident and emergency for their fast response to me when I presented myself while suffering a heart attack I was handed over to the doctor and their team who I cannot thank enough for saving my life, especially the nurse who pressed the button on the defibrillator , I am sorry I cannot remember your name but im sure you know who you are , you saved my life!, I was then taken to surgery and had stents fitted . Your staff are so caring and they are a credit to the n.h.s. once again thankyou
