"Disgusted"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

My son arrived at 20.45 this evening with unexplained bruising on his chest and shoulder he was there an hour and given painkillers, it is now 23.45 and he has decided to leave as he had still not been seen by anyone, he asked at reception and was told they didn't know when he would be seen.

Hello, Sorry to hear about this. It would be good to find out a little more about your son's experience so we can look into this in more detail to help understand the cause of the delay. Would you or he be happy to get in touch with our patient liaison (PALS) team so we can take some more details? You can email them on pals.gloucestershirehospitals@glos.nhs.uk or call 0800 019 3282 (Free phone). Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. Best wishes The team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
