"Thank you so much"

Last Tuesday evening my 18 month old baby girl Ella had a high temperature and nasty cough causing her much distress. From my first conversation with the out of hours phone operator until we were discharged 10 hours later the whole team were totally incredible. It was so awful seeing our little one so poorly but all the staff were so calm, reassuring and totally lovely. Thank you so much for your tremendous kindness and care you are all totally amazing especially the nurse who was a constant ray of sunshine and hope. Thank you all so much.
