What I liked

The Registrar and nurses were friendly, polite ,respectful and professional, this was my first time in hospital but I felt confident having my surgery done at Harefield. My late husband was a patient here 20 years ago so I had previous knowledge they were superb, the surgery was excellent and the Doctor was sympathetic and tactful at a very difficult time for me and my family and an excelllent surgeon I cannot rate Harefield at any higher they are second to none.

What could be improved

The parking facilities are a real problem for patients and visitors.
