"Exceptional"

I visited the hospital after an awful experience with my own dentist whereby they were unable to extract a tooth and I was left in excruciating pain. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely dental nurse who sympathised with me and assured me that they would do anything they could to help me. I was not kept waiting long at all throughout the morning, and the student dental nurse that assessed my case was professional and competent, showing me respect and giving me reassurance at all times, I wish I could name them! In a nut shell, after an X-ray the decision was made to extract the tooth causing me grief. Obviously this made me ten times more anxious, but when I was called in all the staff treated me with respect and dignity, helping me feel at ease wherever they could. I truly appreciate everything these wonderful people did for me, especially the dental nurse who stayed with me throughout even though they were due on their lunch break. I feel so much better now and I thank every single person at the dental hospital who helped me that day. Would recommend this place to anyone, exceptional standards of care and such dedicated staff. Thank you again!
