"Collecting medication"

About: Homerton University Hospital

I have seen a doctor on Thursday and they give me prescription to collect medication from the hospital pharmacy the medication was not available at this time the pharmacy person said we gonna get the medication for you this afternoon or tomorrow leave your details to give you a ring as soon as we get it, they never call I went this morning (Saturday) at 10h 00 to the pharmacy it was close I asked at the reception they don't know they were sending me from place to another the last person of advise me to go to 1st floor where the coffee shop is you may find them there I don't know if is this provisional to wait 45mins next to close door when it s written in the prescription they open from 10h to 1pm on Saturday I left and I did not get my 5years boy medication
