I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Mother Frances. She had a bleed on the brain whilst travelling from Birmingham airport to visit me her daughter in Spain.Every single member of your team, nurses, doctors, therapists, cleaners, treated her with wonderful care and absolute dignity. As I said when I was with you, you are all Angels walking on this earth, Thank you!

Thank you so much for your comments regarding the care your mother received recently whilst on HASU Ward 23.
