"I felt cared for and calm"

I have neglected my health for years and so I have now had a few 'catch-up visits to sort things.. I would like to say that my experience of Stratton Hospital is of an exemplary health care service from the excellent and immediate contact from the Referral Management team, which was prompt and efficient, offering me a choice of hospitals.. to the 'reminder message' .. which I for one appreciate... to the parking... yes, if you arrive 10 mins early, parking is no problem at all... through to booking in and timeliness of my appointments.. I have had Xray and scan recently.. all conducted calmly, on time, with a smile, so.. I came away feeling cared for, calm, informed and optimistic .. rather than harassed, irate and worried, so thank you Stratton Hospital.
