"Eye Clinic = Consultant"

Today 14th May, my mother attended the eye clinic, the service we received was brilliant the Young Consultant we saw was respectful, polite and kind towards my mother. The consultant was like a breath of fresh air, it was nice to be treated with care. They answered all our questions clearly with no jargon, nothing was to much trouble. The nursing staff were helpful, show a great deal of empathy and understanding. Thank you.
