What I liked

The very next time I visit this hospital and on all subsequent occasions, I shall be mindful of the many criticisms made here and report back to you if I notice any improvements. My experience suggests that 'talk is cheap'! Let's see if the impressive words are actually put into action 'on the shop floor'!!

What could be improved

See the various remarks of criticism!

Anything else?

The Transport Ambulance service is abominable, but, more on that later!!
